Puttur: Former soldier arrested for behaving indecently with woman

Puttur, Jul 18: Sampya police arrested a former soldier on the accusation of behaving in an indecent manner with a married woman who is an employee of a private company.

Videep Kumar, security guard of a private company and a former soldier, resident of Kumbra Kurikkara is in police custody as per the complaint filed by a married woman also employed with the same company and resident of Tingaladi.

The complainant married woman is working as a security guard too. Videep who is working along with her, was trying to get acquainted with the woman, but she ignored him.

On July 16, the woman travelled from Kumbra to Tingaladi by bus after completing her work and was walking towards her home. Videep followed her in his bike and waylaid her at Tingaladi Dharbe and tried to speak to her and behaved indecently. He left the spot as he noticed that the public was gathering around.

Sampya police are investigating further.

    Ram Robert Rahim Kodial ,with all kashayas ,some will never improve.It is in their blood and that might need some exchange or two tritt at the right place might make him to understand not to make any more attempt to come near the woman.Such men dont understand to differenciate between home person or working person.

    Imagine in years to come Agniveers coming out after just 4 years short service in military fit only for security guard jobs without pension, with no long term training and discipline armed forces impart with loyalty and pride of the regiments we can see more of these in society due to their lowstanding girls rejecting them and these trying to entice married women.

    Only 1.6% of short service commission retirees are absorbed by the industry, rest are employed as security guards or do sundry jobs though they are trained for 14 years; then, just imagine the fate of contractual Agniveers with 4 years rudimentary training!

    every man should consider other woman as his sister either elder or younger except his own wife and mother. then there will not be any problem. this is what is the essence of teachings of Lord Jesus. Hope the soldier understands and he will become a good man after release. he should also drink jeerige kashaya, bonda, ragi more and avoid eating ushna items like chicken to control his sexual urge.
