Kasargod: Three drug peddlers arrested, brown sugar seized

Kasargod, Aug 9: A police team under the leadership of Kasargod DySP Balakrishnan Nayar arrested three drug peddlers transporting brown sugar in a car from Kasargod to Malappuram on Tuesday August 9.

The arrested are identified as Muhammed Ajmal (26) from Malappuram Kodotty, Ansil N V (22) and Muhammad Faizas (22) from Areekode. Thirty grams of brown sugar was confiscated from them.

The drug was found during vehicle inspection at Nileshwar Pallikere junction.
