The Touch of Peace

The Touch of Peace

The undisputed mighty ocean remains flat with occasional soars

The thin-trees filter rays and listen the symphony.

The kingfisher awaits the opportunity with intent, fisherman rows

A tiny- beat of blade in accord with the wave,

Standing tall, unperturbed in the scorching rage.

He glances ashore with a thin line of smile, finds us in each other’s arms.

The white and bright angel sings,

A score of eternity, in praise of God and in envy.

Those two- arch hands thread gently on my hair,

Caress my face leaving a trail of peace, leading to tremendous wholeness.

Her mantle was small unfathomable deep-ocean of peace,

My closed eyes would see and dance in gentle breeze.

Fragmented world…

Experience peace not only on the holy grounds alone

But in the true-gentle touch of thy beloved.

A thoughtful and masterly penned piece of poetry. I adore the last para "Fragmented world…Experience peace not only on the holy grounds alone. But in the true-gentle touch of thy beloved". A true vision of humanism over revelation.
