Digital - Perception

October 7, 2019

Social Media is an important part and infused in our daily life through smartphones. We are dependent on the mobile so much so; without the same even breathing becomes difficult, the world is within the reach for the so much happening without concerns of the receiver’s day or night; just dumping what we receive without knowing the aftermath of the same.

Recently social media did help sensational Ranu Mondal; lifted from Railway platform to Bollywood sensation. All credit goes to the person who recorded her raw singing and uploaded to the public view; which is clearly showing a positive part. Also, humanity emerged through a human being that is non-other than Himesh Reshammiya; Added to that Salman Khan, yet again shown his helping nature by gifting celestial flat, he is well known for charity; without looking the cast creed. We need such a human beings on the earth to lift the needy soul’s; not creating gap between the souls for their survival and rule the others.it looks like no one cares about Farmers or middle and lower class people who are finding difficulties due to a lot of Economic crises in the world; especially in India many of the small-time companies are closing down due to non-performance, Automobile industries wherein large-scale job loss we have witnessed recent past. Our young digital youths are clueless since many of the stories floated in social media are of false and individual interest. In the real-time measurement, Economy is crashing down; huge mass is on the verge of losing the jobs.

Medium size and bigger industries are opting Artificial Inelegance (AI) to carry out the production for maximum efficiency level and other related works; this itself lowering the human assistance, is also leading loss of several jobs. There are several factors in the modern world especially in India Economic experts are busy with analysis and clarifying that Demonetization and GST is the main reason for the current situation, in my view, there are several other aspects too taken care.

Road Transport Authority of India made his stand strict on safety and law enforcement concerns; is the best thing happened in the recent past, at least we can save several breathes on the road. Social media taken an active role to troll the same started to upload authorities about their negligence. Mass is realizing and taking an active part to question the authorities showing the freedom of democracy? Why the same can’t was not taken to the political representatives for their lack of initiative for the development? Similar digital activities are very much required at the grass-root level to get the village-town-state-country, development.

Approximately up to the year 2000 we had seen Industrial era, where company/industry, employer to an employee was treated as an asset and another way around, up to the year 2008 was is IT era where people's interest slowly moved into luxury and non-traditional office atmosphere and loyalty. Finally, we are in digital/social era; wherein the quality of life is more important than the savings and future thinking; this is where corporates failing to retain their employees due to non-fulfillment of digital –social hungry of an employee.

Technology is the key for the digitization, rate of which technology innovation arises and absorbed in the human activity, and quickly distributed within no time; changes are rolling faster and faster, it is up to us what level we need to adapt and be a part of digitalization. That is certainly changing nature of the job market and also the development; hence making individual and industry to adopt the same and be a part of consumer interest and demand. Consumers are more digitally-driven; this is a real disruption to the growth of any industries and the corporates. We are witnessing lager slide on economic growth. My view on the same is nothing but poor implementation of technology and consumer strategy and taste. Due to continuous push- in information through a digital platform to an individual, it is high time to fix or part of
that influx.

Nowadays it easy to get the Information’s, since social media users have access to upload and receive the edited / unedited information’s; depends on senders interest not concerns receivers state of minds and emotions. The government should curb the same and reach the route of the sender if it is violating and disturbing the public image. Posting live accident videos, individuals images without their consent is the worst and increasing day by day. The best option is to make all social media with payable platforms; all the commercial outcomes should be used for infrastructure and developments.

All human minds are very much disturbed due to unwanted information in 24/7. We are not fit to receive so much junk in our minds. Relationships between the families are very much observable on the digital platform without having the physical touch. All are busy to upload achieved status and proud feelings of their present happiness, after posting; it’s time to see the digital reactions, then concluding likes or how many of that scene zoned; this will increase anxiety and lead into the depressions and misinterpretations.

It’s time to cope up; all the industries and corporates to adopt the digital era and not to compromise the human’s involvements and avoid the situation of paperless to people less work environments. Let us do the digital detox for a few hours in a day or for a week, if possible for a month; except our requirements.
