Unseen Effects of Handwriting on your Personality: What you need to Know

May 14, 2024

In a digital age where keyboards and touchscreens dominate our daily interactions, the art of handwriting may seem like a relic of the past. However , what many people may not realise is that our handwriting holds the wealth of information beyond just words on a paper.

Do you recall your school teachers telling you that if you don’t write neatly and legibly, she will deduct your marks in exams? And do you recollect how you had probably created your own style? Some of us stubbornly continued to write the way we wanted to. The humbler ones, mostly wrote the way they were taught. The skilled copy cats, copied others handwriting styles. This was your first introduction to the importance of handwriting. You agree?

As a child, I was also encouraged to inculcate the habit of good handwriting very seriously, that, one day I was placed with a new book in my hand. The title surprised me but the content revealed something incredible. It was all about handwriting and how it revealed our personality. Such an interesting content for curious young minds! Isn’t it?

But now you may wonder, as we grow what makes us write in a particular manner and why it changes for each one of us? And as it does, is handwriting analysis even reliable. Again, what is it that makes us write in so many variations. It was evident that anything written in hurry, is illegible and only we can read it. Even you may remember, the first page of your exam sheet. How neat it was, and the rest of the pages till the end were just so scribbled up. Right? Well, now you see what I mean.

So, you may ask what will happen if we copy the best writing styles? Will we become a totally different personality? The answer is, No. It will only be copying unless it becomes a trait, we inculcate in us. Momentary changes will do nothing to change us because in few moments, our original handwriting will come forth. For e.g.: While at ease, we tend to write carefully and beautifully, but, if the same thing was dictated to us, we will write it as originally as it is formed by our brains. Moreover, copying is just copying, superficial things beautify temporarily and does not become us.

We have known about Forensic handwriting analysis, from movies and from crime news. It is another aspect of this same, which we are aware is being used to validate the authenticity of a document as well as relate it to a person, event, time or thing. After examining , the analyst will reveal which person produced the document? Whether it is genuine or whether changes or tampering were made after original drafting? This requires a whole new level of expertise, but you see the little strokes of your pen holds a world of secrets about everything you do , say, think, act or react about.

In an online edition, THE HINDU, an article was published on 6th June 2002, titled “The Uniqueness Of Handwriting Validated”. In it, was revealed that computer scientists at the university of Buffalo (UBI) had provided the first peer-reviewed scientific validation to a paper published in the Journal of Forensic sciences. They stated that each person’s handwriting is individually unique. Everyone’s handwriting is truly distinct like our finger prints and it reveals the identity of the writer. Even Identical twins who are genetically identical, have different handwritings. Hence, your handwriting is unique to you.

Handwriting analysis or graphology is a fascinating field that delves into the intricate patterns and nuances of our writing to reveal insights into our personalities, emotions, and even our health. Handwriting is based on traits that become your identity. It does not refer to your present moods, changes , emotions etc. Research scientists in the fields of neuro-science have categorized neuro-muscular movement tendencies and correlated it with specific observable personality traits. Each personality trait was found to represent a neurological brain pattern which produced a unique neuro-muscular movement. All those with this unique neuro-muscular movement had the same personality trait. This is personality trait is revealed in the hand writing as these tiny movements occur unconsciously. Hence it is said that “Handwriting is brain writing."

Handwriting Analysts identify these strokes and describe the corresponding personality trait in the detailed Handwriting Analysis Report. They identify the subconscious and conscious personality traits relating to behaviour, motivation, ambitions , sexuality and other personality variations.

Now, let’s know what your handwriting analysis reveals about you. Would you believe that if I told you that your handwriting can actually even reveal how far you are from your reality or how good is your self-esteem is? You will understand why people are taking you for granted or how you are towards intimate relations. Handwriting will reveal your temperament. Why you get excited or easily provoked? How sensitive you are to criticism and disapproval? Why are you not getting the much-desired success you dream of? Your tendency to hold on to different aspects of your life like a job that you hate, a bad relationship, an old item like a watch etc .

As a person, you will not understand, why are you behaving in a defensive or aggressive manner all the time? Or what is that fear that holds you back each time you want to react or respond? Your handwriting will give you answers to the deep-rooted causes. So, through an analysis , you will be able to understand if you have your goals high enough and you will be able to understand how the fear that you’ve suffered and developed since childhood is affecting you and your emotions etc. The list goes on.

Not only that, you handwriting reveals how you decide things on your own, or whether you are being run by others. Are you someone who resists authority and why? Whether you are suitable for a job that you applied for, or why your present job frustrates you though everything seems ok? Do you have the right team working for you even though you selected them after a thorough recruitment process? Do you worry why your team in office under-performs or why your boss drives you crazy?

Handwriting analysis can pick nearly 5000 traits which are used as a psychological testing tool during recruitment. That’s why there is a need to have a handwriting analysis done despite the qualification and the skills or experiences you or your candidate has. A low-performing student can become a high performing student , a person with low self-esteem can raise his esteem to levels that make him an achiever. You know why? It’s because it’s all in your brain. The secret to your success lies in your brain but is revealed by your handwriting. Today we have people from all walks of life including sportsmen taking help of handwriting analysis to excel in their life.

Graphology, is an in-depth study of your subconscious mind. Consciously you may not agree with some of your traits in the analysis, but that does not mean that they are not there. Sometimes, when an analysis is given, the first reaction of person with a particular trait is that , ‘No, this is not completely true. It’s only 40% right ’etc. But when you read the areas suggested to be worked upon, you will see just the same personality trait because of which the said response is given. For e.g., Sensitivity, fear of disapproval, selective listening etc. That’s the extent of accuracy because it’s your brain talking and revealing itself. It’s not a prediction. The resistance or openness to change or suggestion to develop yourself , to be an achiever, or to be healthier and stress free or to just make people around you more comfortable is ‘you doing something for yourself’.

Now the best part of all this is that your fears and defense, can be worked upon to give you more confidence and faith in yourself. Your strengths which are your strong traits can be enhanced to a whole new level. When a handwriting analyst gives you an area of improvement as a suggestion, you can take up grapho-therapy, which can be done in your own privacy. You will be able to unlock new possibilities and overcome challenges. It has to be your own drive to make your life much easier, healthier and happier. You can pave the way for success, to achieve much more than you think you could ever achieve. It will be your personal secret as to how you changed into a truly empowered being just by a few changes in your handwriting. Yes, you heard that right.

And if you want more unbelievable content revealed by your own handwriting, wait for my upcoming article on THE UNSEEN EFFECTS OF HANDWRITING ON YOUR HEALTH: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW. You will be blown away…

I recently had the opportunity to have my handwriting analyzed by the writer who is a professional handwriting expert, and and I must say, that the experience with Juhi Damodar Ma'am, was nothing short of remarkable. As someone who had always been skeptical about the extent to which handwriting could reveal aspects of one's personality, I was astounded by the accuracy and depth of the assessment I received. From the moment I met Juhi Ma'am, it was clear that she possessed a profound understanding of the art and science of handwriting analysis. She is professional, personable, and took the time to explain the process in a way that was both engaging and enlightening. Juhi Ma'am asked me to write a few lines on a piece of paper, and shortly after, she began to unravel the intricacies of my personality with uncanny precision. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by Juhi Ma'am's expertise in this field of analysis and the detailed, insightful assessment she provided. This experience has given me a newfound respect for the field of handwriting analysis and a deeper understanding of how our writing can serve as a window into our souls. I highly recommend Juhi Ma'am to anyone curious about exploring the hidden dimensions of their personality through their handwriting. It’s a journey of self-discovery that’s both enlightening and transformative.
