Mangaluru, Apr 25: “The Congress is in fear of losing the Assembly elections. And in frustration, it has joined hands with SDPI and CPI and made Imran Prathapgadi who lauded mafia, as its star campaigner. This is proof of Congress' intellectual bankruptcy,” said BJP's state committee executive member advocate Monappa Bhandary.

He was addressing a press meet at BJP's media cell here on Tuesday April 25.

“Congress leaders Siddaramaiah and D K Shivakumar are in the race to become chief ministers. The Congress has continued to play divide and rule politics and also indulging in appeasement politics. They are anti-national elements. The people will give them the right answer. The Congress is planning to make the coastal region a terrorist center,” he said.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Mulki on May 3. Union home minister Amit Shah will visit the district on April 29,” he informed.

He also added that the BJP will come to power in the state with majority.

Ravishankar Mijar, Vijaykumar Shetty, Jagadish Shenava and others were present.
