Puttige Math seer Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji honoured at Guruvandana programme in Delhi

Udupi, June 12: Sri Puttige Math seer Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji and his disciple Sushreendra Teertha Swamiji were felicitated by the people of New Delhi in a Guruvandana programme.

The head of Sanskrit department of JNU Upendra Rao delivered a speech of respectful congratulations for the Swamijis.

The international campaigner of Vishwa Hindu parishat, Vijnananda Swamiji Maharaj praised the missions of Swamiji.

Devotees of Delhi, Delhi kannada Sangha and Delhi Kannada Shikshana Samsthe honoured Swamiji.

Addressing the audiences in both Sanskrit and English languages, Swamiji extolled the merits of the Bhagavad Gita. Swamiji invited the members of audience to the paryaya in Udupi.

The grand programme was presided over by Venkata Koteswara Rao, the head of Vishwa Hindu Parishat. Dr. Eswara V Basava Reddy, director of Ayush Mantralaya, Government of India, Yajneswara Prabhu of Shri G Math,
Raghavendra Kollegala, head of Panjab and Sindh Bank were present on the occasion.
