Bangalore: Home Minister Ashok to Recommend Ban on KFD

Bangalore, Jul 20: The process of collecting records pertaining to criminal cases against Karnataka Forum for Dignity (KFD) members is on, and once the process is over, a detailed letter will be written to the central government demanding a ban on the organisation, informed home minister R Ashok.
"KFD members Adil, Munna and Tanvir, accused in the murder case of Hunsur students last month, have engaged in criminal activities to strengthen the organisation. This matter is exposed now. There is a strong network behind this organisation. Moreover, their network may have connections with international terrorists. Necessary documents are being collected as evidence," he told reporters.
He added that KFD and such other organisations may be working in the name of Popular Front of India or by other names, and efforts will be made to put a ban on it.
He said during interrogation, Adil, Munna and Tanvir who are accused of murdering Hunsur students also confessed their involvement in the murder of Tyagaraj Pille in the year 2010.
