New Delhi, Aug 5 (IANS): The Delhi cabinet will meet Friday afternoon to discuss the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report that reportedly blames Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit for irregularities in the Commonwealth Games contracts.
Dikshit, however, maintained that she will not comment on the issue until she reads the report. "I will not comment until and unless I read the report," she told reporters at a function here.
The CAG report on irregularities in the October 2010 Commonwealth Games was tabled in parliament Friday.
The report, which has caused a huge uproar after being leaked in the media, allegedly points fingers at Dikshit and even the Prime Minister's Office.
According to reports, the federal auditor slammed the Delhi government for lapses and irregularities, stating the contracts for the Games were overpriced and delayed to make money.
