No one has right to comment on Sanatana Dharma, says Sanjay Singh

New Delhi, Sep 14 (IANS): AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh on Thursday said that no one has the right to comment on Sanatana Dharma be it the BJP or Udhayanidhi Stalin.

“The PM is saying that Hinduism is not a religion. How can that be? He speaks in a way that suits his agenda. I believe that whether it's Udhayanidhi or anyone else, no one has the right to comment on Sanatana Dharma,” Singh said during an interview.

He said that the PM seemed preoccupied with spreading hatred when they should be thinking about and working about the issues our country is facing.

He emphasised that one should not disrespect another person’s religion.

Singh’s comments came in backdrop of Tamil Nadu Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Udhayanidhi’s remarks on Sanatana Dharma which has sparked a controversy.

URGENT SOS! A Ruthless example of “Growth with Goodness” by Adani group. Adani group, which has last year acquired Ambuja & ACC cement, is secretly and silently forcing around 1600-2000 employees from ACC & Ambuja to resign, since last few days. Some have already resigned after they were called to Adani Head office @ Ahmedabad few days back and were threatened by HR team, if not resigned! For this they adopted a hidden, ruthless Modus operandi, which had NEVER happened in Ambuja or ACC or any responsible manufacturing industry. Holcim, a swiss company was owner of ACC & Ambuja since last 15 years but they had never done such injustice with Indian employees during their period. During the PMS review for 2022-23,Adani management, through their CHRO, Mr Jayant Kumar, forced the ACC/Ambuja managers to give 1 rating to 20% employees. Now, they are forcing these employees with 1 rating to resign and threatening to terminate, if not resigned within few days! This has created panic among the employees and many people in various locations are in serious, suicidal stress. One employee from Ambuja plant in Ambuja nagar died recently due to stress. Local Factory inspector from Kodinar has filed an FIR against management (which can easily be verified by a phone call to factory inspector of Kodinar) but nothing seems to happen due to power clout of the Adani group. We, all housewives of such employees have nowhere to go now and have hopes with media group like yours and request your paper to raise our concerns on humanitarian grounds and take up this underground operation going on against the employees, who are working with Ambuja & ACC since last 20 to 30 years and these 1600-2000 employees are being forced to resign now! Adani tagline says" Growth with Goodness" but after acquiring ACC/Ambuja, we employees are being deprived of our bread and butter, forget about growth or goodness. 14 Sep 2023
