Karkala, Sep 21: A case is filed in Karkala police station of a mentally ill youth going missing.
Prasada (25), a resident of Pervaje Pattonjikatte of Kasaba village, is the youth who went missing from his home. According to the complaint filed by his mother Shobha, Prasada was mentally ill for the last four years and was under treatment.
On September 16, Prasad slept at home in the night after dinner. However, on the morning of September 17 he was not found in his room. Search for him at relatives and friends homes did not yield any result.
Prasada is five feet and seven inches tall, has wheat complexion, and was wearing sky blue shirt and black jeans pant. He is able to speak Kannada and Tulu.
