Time and again every year during heavy monsoon season the well organised criminals from outside in collaboration with the locals plunder urban shops, rural homes and popular SUV vehicles parked inside the compound. During such period the night vigilance should come up at all major outgoing junctions. These junctions should be fitted with CCTV in such a way that it will capture both the vehicle and the occupant. Before passing through the CCTV camera all vehicles should lower their window glass and remove the purdah from their face so that nothing is hidden. Even they should check the trunk of the suspected vehicles.

These are all done by the same group of thieves, maybe the unregistered TATA Sumo vehicle which was mentioned in an earlier news.
Police will catch these thieves, need to just trace mobile calls done in those areas at night using mobile providers.
