Udupi: BJP candidate Anitha D’Souza for Perampalli ward submits nomination paper

Udupi, Dec 15: Bharathiya Janatha Party (BJP) candidate Anitha D’Souza for Perampalli ward by-election submitted her nomination paper on December 15 at Udupi City Municipality Council.

Candidate Anitha thanked all the BJP leaders for choosing her as candidate and requested maximum support from all voters of all community for the by-election taking place on December 27.

Ragupathi Bhat, former MLA of Udupi said, “BJP has managed to win 31 seats of 32 in City Municipality Council and have made lot of development activities in Udupi. BJP by winning Perampalli by-election will add another seat to the ruling party. As BJP has majority in City Municipality Council and MLA is from BJP, BJP candidate winning the by-election will helping having more developmental projects in Perampalli.”

Kuilady Suresh Nayak, president Udupi District BJP, addressing media said, “Perampalli ward was won by congress candidate in the last election, in the by-election we are hoping that BJP will manage to win the seat. BJP leaders and activists have already started their election campaign. We will use all our funds and will try to have more development in Perampalli ward. Former MLA and present MLA have contributed a lot in the development of the ward. I request all voters to give us maximum support.”

Ragavendra Kini said, “Udupi BJP has always provided true service. Many developmental activities have taken place in Perampalli ward under the leadership of BJP. I request all voters to support BJP candidate Anitha D’Souza, so that we can have more developmental activities in Perampalli.”

Mahesh Takur, president of BJP Udupi Block and vice president of Karnataka Atheletics Association, BJP Council members and other BJP party members were present.
