Let there be a thorough investigation by an expert team of Gynaecologists Anaesthesiologists and Physicians before blaming anyone. All cases of bleeding can not be prevented and sometimes sad things happen However we should not forget that sometimes women may die despite the best of care Hence let us investigate well before blaming anyone

Very very sad.Such news make me very sad, where a life could have saved better in hospital than elsewhere.Did doctors explaned after she died? What caused her bleeding? Why did they tell before and arrange for a blood transfusion ,?Or immediate transport to bigger one?Was it any rupture of womb?Nothing has been explained?Or placenta rest was in ?Here certianly we can speak of negligence.Heartfelt sympathy to family.Besonders to newly born baby had no chance to see her mother.Even elder child have to grow up without mother.May her soul rest in Peace above and protect her two children.Heart wrenching

These small nursing homes only have basic facilities; massive postpartum bleeding has to be taken care of within the golden hour time frame..... only full fledged hospitals would have such capability..... very dismal state of affairs as the patient's family was only informed after her death, most probably careless handling of the crisis situation! No doubt... there is no value for human life in third world places... only some divine power can protect people.....

Sad indeed for the new born asvwell as the older child. A girl child needs a mother. Please god, protect the little ones. Give energy to those around to take care of these angels. Daiji, if you can share their contact, it will help.

RIP! Empathize with her dear ones! Very tragic and unfortunate! Most probably the "nursing home" did not have advanced medical facilities to take care of her massive postpartum bleeding within the "golden hour"!!
