London, Oct 13 (IANS): Singer Britney Spears has become the sixth person in twitter history to reach the milestone of 10 million followers.

"OOOMMMGGG, I just realized that I hit 10 MILLION FOLLOWERS! Words can't even begin to express the love I feel for all of u," contactmuisc.com posted her tweet.

"I gotta do something special for u guys! Let me think of something fab to show my appreciation," she further posted.

Spears has joined the league following Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber, Barack Obama and, most recently, Kim Kardashian.
