Mangaluru: Dr Sushanth Rai Bellipady elected to Veterinary Council of India

Mangaluru, Jun 12: Dr Sushanth Rai Bellipady, the immediate past president of the Karnataka Poultry Farmers and Breeders Association (KPFBA) and managing director of M/s Raisons Nutritions, has been elected as a member of ehe Veterinary Council of India (VCI). The Veterinary Council of India (VCI) held an online election on Saturday, June 8, to elect 11 new members. Among the 93 candidates from various parts of India, Dr Sushanth Rai Bellipady secured enough votes to become a member of the VCI.

Dr Sushanth Rai's leadership roles include serving as president of KPFBA for four years and vice president for two years. He played a key role in establishing the KVAFSU-KPFBA Poultry Training Centre and Diagnostic Laboratory.

Dr Sushanth Rai graduated in Veterinary Science from the Veterinary College, University of Agricultural Sciences, Bengaluru. With over two decades of experience in the poultry industry, he has provided continuous technical support and management training to farmers, helping them establish successful farms.
