Mangaluru: Expert Pre-University College inaugurates newly constructed staff quarters

Mangaluru, Nov 21: The newly constructed staff quarters, Omega, at Expert Pre-University College, Valachil, was inaugurated by health and family welfare minister and Dakshina Kannada district in-charge minister, Dinesh Gundu Rao.

Addressing the gathering, the minister highlighted the importance of critical thinking in education. "Developing discernment and problem-solving ability is essential for good education. Expert Pre-University College is a premier institution in the state, providing quality education and state-of-the-art infrastructure," he said.

Mangaluru City North MLA Bharath Shetty also graced the occasion, lauding Expert's contributions toward making Mangaluru an educational hub.

Prof Narendra L Nayak, chairman of Expert, warmly welcomed the dignitaries, invitees, and members of the media. Dr Ushaprabha N Nayak, vice chairperson, Ankush N Nayak, director of IT, trustees, Dr N K Vijayan Karippal, principal, Subramanya Udupa, vice-principal, and staff members were present.

Fayaz Kamaluddeen, CEO of M'Far Constructions, architect Sunil Sadekar, architect Deepika A Nayak, trustee and project manager Suresh Pai, structural engineer Anil Hegde, and IT consultant Gurudath Prabhu were honored with mementos for their contributions to the project.

Dhruthi V Hegde hosted the event and proposed the vote of thanks.
