Mangaluru, Nov 27: Spoorthi Charitable Trust Vamanjoor, Mangaluru organised a healthy living and boosting self-confidence among differently-abled under Balkunje Grama Panchayat, Kinnigoli.
The trustee, Sr Joel Lasrado SRA addressed the gathering on extending a helping hand to the needy. Dr Sr Ashalatha SRA(BMS) focused on strategies of maintaining good health and building self confidence in spite of personal flaws.
President of Balkunje grama panchayat, Mamatha Poonja thanked the trust for choosing the remote area. MRW Jaya Prakash and Balkunje Grama Panchayat VRW Preethi D’souza, secretary, Robert and panchayat member Abdul Rehaman were present for the programme. As many as 41 disabled persons benefitted from this programme and received food kits.
