New York, Jan 10 (IANS): Singer Beyonce Knowles has bought a $3,500 crib for her newborn daughter, Ivy Blue.
The 30-year-old went with her sister Solange Knowles and mom Tina when to purchase the luxurious crib in November last year. According to a source, the singer has also purchased a mattress to fit the crib, reports usmagazine.com.
Beyonce and husband Jay Z welcomed their daughter at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York Saturday.
"We are in heaven! Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful... She was delivered naturally at a healthy seven lbs (seven pounds) and it was the best experience of both of our lives," said a statement released Monday on Beyonce's website.
