Lucknow, Jan 12: The dipping mercury level rose when Bollywood actress Monica Bedi stepped on the ramp in Lucknow, looked stunning as she carried herself gracefully to display a clothingline in Hotel Piccadily in the city of Nawabs.

Keeping up the tradition she appeared all draped in a sari during her catwalk.

Bedi who is seen more on small screen these days also revealed that she will be appearing on two shows to be aired shortly. One of them will be a reality show while another will be a soap opera but different from typical saas-bahu melodrama.

Though she is presently not engaged in Hindi films she is working on two regional films. One of them in Punjabi and other Nepali. She stated that there is lot of diversity in both the films as she is a simple girl in Punjabi film and an over ambitious girl in Nepali movie.

"Being a Punjabi, it was easy for me to shoot for a Punjabi film, though this was the first time I worked in a Punjabi film," she said.

She claimed that it is difficult to get the expressions correct in the regional language but soon one overcomes that hurdle.
