Mumbai, Jan 12: B-Town's top film makers Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor are planning to get into a joint venture, to produce a love story with a spicy twist and the main choice for the lead actress' role has been shortlisted to Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif.

Both the actresses have been in the lead for quite some time now, and for the film makers to take their pick is going to be quite a challenge in itself.

It is learnt that while Karan wants Kareena Kapoor, Ekta is keen on having Katrina Kaif.

Karan prefers Bebo because he believes that she is an absolute performer. However, Ekta believes that  Katrina with her luck factor will ensure footfalls at box office.
