Udupi, Aug 9: As part of the extension activity organized by the department of commerce of St Agnes College, four of final-year students, serving as soft skills student trainers, took on the role of resource persons and conducted interactive sessions at Dr G Shankar Government Women’s First Grade College and Post Graduate Study Centre, Udupi, and Government First Grade College, Kaup on August 7.
The activity aimed at nurturing leadership qualities and enhancing peer-to-peer learning.







The following soft skill topics were covered during the sessions:
Communication Skills – Ivin Sequeira (III B Com ACCA)
Networking and Relationship Building – Anjolie Fernandes (III B Com ACCA)
Time Management – Serena Saldanha (III B Com ACCA)
Team Work – Priyan D'Souza (III B Com ACCA)
This initiative exemplifies the students' ability to lead and disseminate knowledge while simultaneously enhancing their own competencies through real-time engagement with their peers in a professional setting.
The sessions were well-received and appreciated by the host institutions.
