Mangaluru: Woman seeking job goes missing; husband files complaint

Mangaluru, Sep 14: A case has been registered at the rural police station after Ashwini (24), residing in a rented house at Shivajinagar in Pachchanady along with her husband, went missing.

Ashwini, who was seeking employment, had shared her personal details with a man named Vinu, an acquaintance of her husband’s colleague Shubha. Later, she had accompanied Shubha and Vinu to attend a few job interviews.

On September 10, her husband had seen her leaving with Vinu in a car for an interview, after which she returned home the same evening. However, on September 11, she left again stating that she had another interview but did not return home.

Her husband has mentioned in his complaint that she may have gone with Vinu.
