Pune, Nov 7: Shocking details have emerged in the alleged grabbing of a 40-acre land parcel in Koregaon Park, revealing links between Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar’s son, Parth Pawar, and his cousin Digvijay Patil. Both are partners in Amedia Pvt. Ltd., the firm that reportedly executed the entire deal.
Based on a complaint filed by Santosh Ashok Hingane, Sub-Registrar (Class I), a criminal case has been registered at the Bavdhan Police Station against land seller Shital Tejwani, Amedia partner Digvijay Patil, and Deputy Sub-Registrar Ravindra Taru.

Investigations have revealed that Shital Tejwani played a central role in the multi-crore land deal. The disputed 40-acre plot was originally under the possession of the Botanical Survey of India. Tejwani allegedly secured irrevocable powers of attorney from the original 272 landowners by paying them a meagre Rs 10,000–Rs 15,000 each, allowing her full control over the property.
Once she acquired these rights, Tejwani reportedly targeted Amedia Pvt. Ltd. in 2025 after learning that its partners were from the influential Pawar family — Parth Pawar, who holds a 99% stake, and Digvijay Patil, who owns 1%. She then orchestrated the transaction in a calculated manner, sources said.
Further investigation has revealed Tejwani’s controversial past. Her husband, Sagar Suryavanshi, is an accused in the Seva Vikas Cooperative Bank scam and has faced Enforcement Directorate (ED) inquiries. Together, the couple reportedly owes around Rs 100 crore in loans across various firms and personal accounts.
Records show that Suryavanshi took vehicle loans of Rs 1.16 crore and Rs 2.24 crore under the name of Renuka Lawns, while Tejwani borrowed Rs 4.8 crore for luxury cars. Suryavanshi also availed a Rs 16.48 crore cash credit loan under Sagar Lawns, while Tejwani’s Paramount Infra firm owes Rs 5.95 crore, and Renuka Lawns has another Rs 5.25 crore liability.
Authorities are now investigating the financial and ownership trail surrounding Tejwani and Amedia Pvt. Ltd. Police sources said her questioning could expose deeper links between the company and political circles.
As of now, Tejwani’s whereabouts remain unknown, and her offices are reportedly untraceable. Officials believe her interrogation could be key to unravelling the full extent of the Koregaon Park land scam and the role of Amedia Pvt. Ltd. in the controversial deal.
