Inish Ivan D’Souza of Shirva appointed desk head of MPCC Mumbai War Room

Mumbai, Dec 22: Inish Ivan D’Souza of Shirva in Udupi district has been appointed as desk head of the Mumbai War Room of the Mumbai Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC). The appointment was made by MPCC president and MP Prof Varsha Eknath Gaikwad.

The appointment letter was formally handed over to Inish D’Souza at the Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Azad Maidan, located on the Municipal Marg near VT, Mumbai. Congratulating him, Prof Varsha Eknath Gaikwad expressed confidence that Inish would discharge his responsibilities efficiently and work towards spreading the message of unity and peace among the hearts and minds of the people of Mumbai, in line with the vision of AICC national president Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.

Stating that Congress office-bearers face several challenges ahead, Gaikwad called upon party members to work together with dedication to strengthen the organisation and contribute effectively towards bringing the Congress party back to power. She extended her best wishes to Inish for his future responsibilities.

Inish D’Souza hails from Pilarkana near Shirva in Udupi district and is the son of Ivan D’Souza Shirva, who is currently serving as secretary of the Mumbai Regional Congress Committee (MRCC). Inish is presently residing at Vikhroli East, Mumbai.
