Rajput, who lived with his parents and siblings in Charkop, travelled daily to his office in Andheri East on his motorcycle. On December 26, at around 8 p.m., he met with a fatal accident on the Western Express Highway.

According to the family, Rajput’s father Hiralal received a call from an officer at Dindoshi police station informing him that his son had been seriously injured in a road accident and shifted to Babasaheb Ambedkar Hospital in Kandivali.
