Sahaja Yoga stress management session held at Srinivas Institute of Allied Health Sciences

Mangaluru, Jan 16: The Student Development and Support Committee of Srinivas Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Srinivas University, Mukka Campus, organized a Sahaja Yoga – Stress management session on January 9 at LT–5 and LT–6, Medical Block.

The programme commenced with the master of the ceremony and welcome address by Asha N and Ciya Sabu, followed by an introduction to the session. Dr Sarita Prakash Datir served as the resource person and delivered an informative session on stress management, emphasizing the role of Sahaja Yoga meditation in promoting mental well-being, emotional balance, and inner calm.

The session included a guided meditation practice, which enabled students of Allied Health Sciences to experience relaxation and improved mental clarity.

The programme witnessed active participation and positive engagement from the students. The session concluded with the vote of thanks delivered by Asha N and Ciya Sabu, expressing gratitude to the resource person, organizers, faculty members, and students for their cooperation and participation. The programme successfully achieved its objective of promoting healthy stress management practices among students.
