Mangaluru: Man reported missing after discharge from hospital; police seek information

Mangaluru, May 6: A 48-year-old man, identified as Sunil Shankar Bekal, a resident of Shaktinagar Classic Pearl Apartment, has been reported missing, police said.

According to the complaint, Sunil had earlier met with an accident while riding a two-wheeler and was admitted to Wenlock Government Hospital for treatment. After being discharged on April 2, he returned home but later left without informing anyone and has been untraceable since.

A case has been registered at the Mangaluru Rural police station.

Police have urged the public to share any information regarding the missing person with the Mangaluru Rural police station, the station officer said in a statement.
