New Delhi, May 13: Congress leader Sonia Gandhi was admitted to Medanta Hospital in Gurugram on Wednesday, according to reports.
The Rajya Sabha MP has reportedly been hospitalised for the third time since January this year.
Earlier in March, Sonia Gandhi was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi, where she underwent treatment for a systemic infection and was administered antibiotics.

In January, the former Congress president had been hospitalised after suffering respiratory complications, reportedly aggravated by severe cold weather and high pollution levels in Delhi. At the time, doctors had described her condition as a mild exacerbation.
Sonia Gandhi, who currently represents Rajasthan in the Rajya Sabha, turned 79 in December last year.
In June 2025, she had also undergone treatment at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital for a stomach-related ailment.
On June 9 this year, Sonia Gandhi underwent another medical check-up at the same hospital. A few days earlier, she had reportedly undergone tests at the Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) in Shimla after complaining of high blood pressure.
Further details regarding her current condition were not immediately available.
