Panaji, Jun 7: AICC Goa Desk In-charge Manikrao Thakre has said that the Goa Pradesh Congress Committee will constitute various party committees within the next 15 days as part of its preparations for the upcoming Assembly elections.

Outlining the party's roadmap, Thakre said the Congress will announce several election-related initiatives on Jun 18.

He stated that the party's election manifesto would be prepared after extensive consultations with the public and other stakeholders, ensuring that people's views and aspirations are reflected in the document.

Thakre also said that the Congress would celebrate Kranti Diwas across Goa in a grand manner as part of its political outreach programme.

The move comes as the party steps up organisational activities in the state ahead of the next Assembly elections, with a focus on strengthening its grassroots structure and expanding public engagement.
