New Delhi, Jun 17: Delhi Police have arrested two alleged members of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's gang in connection with the firing incident outside a gym owned by Punjabi singer Guru Randhawa in West Delhi last week, officials said on Wednesday.
The incident took place around 4 a.m. on June 11, when two men riding a motorcycle allegedly opened fire outside 24HS Fitness Gym in Paschim Vihar. No injuries were reported.
Police personnel reached the spot immediately after receiving information and recovered seven empty cartridges from the scene.

An FIR was subsequently registered at Paschim Vihar East Police Station under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Arms Act, following which an investigation was launched.
Soon after the incident, an Instagram post allegedly uploaded by Anil Pandit, said to be associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, surfaced on social media claiming responsibility for the attack.
In the post, the individual identified himself as "Anil Pandit USA of Lawrence Bishnoi Group" and alleged that Guru Randhawa had become "too close" to Bollywood actor Salman Khan.
The post further claimed that Randhawa had previously been warned to distance himself from Salman Khan, whom the gang considers an adversary.
To investigate the case, a special team from the New Delhi Range (NDR) of the Crime Branch was formed under the leadership of Inspector Rakesh Kumar and supervised by ACP Umesh Barthwal.
Investigators carried out an extensive probe, analysing technical evidence, reconstructing the escape route and tracking the movements of the suspects over a distance of nearly 100 kilometres.
Officials scrutinised highways, service roads, junctions and multiple routes while simultaneously relying on technical surveillance, intelligence gathering and verification of criminal networks operating in Delhi, Haryana and neighbouring regions.
The investigation eventually led police to identify four suspects — Sahil, Sagar, Arman and Tushar.
Subsequently, the case was formally transferred from the local police to the Crime Branch's NDR unit for further investigation.
Police later gathered intelligence regarding the whereabouts of two accused, Arman and Tushar, and deployed multiple teams to track them down.
Acting on specific inputs, officers conducted a coordinated operation on June 15 and arrested both suspects from Bahadurgarh in Haryana.
According to officials, the two men have admitted their involvement in the firing incident and have been taken into police custody for further interrogation.
Investigators are now attempting to uncover the wider network of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang allegedly involved in the attack.
Police teams are continuing efforts to trace and arrest the remaining suspects and recover the firearm used in the shooting.
