Udupi: Trinity Central School holds interactive session for grade 10 students

Udupi, Jun 18: Trinity Central School, Perampalli, organised an inspiring and interactive session for the grade 10 students on June 18 titled ‘Laying the Foundation for an Undefined Future.’

The resource person for the session was Glanish Jude Martis, PhD scholar, Department of Chemistry, Manipal Institute of Technology. Through an engaging and thought-provoking interaction, he encouraged students to prepare themselves for the challenges and opportunities of an ever-evolving future.

The session focused on several important aspects of student life, including stress management, maintaining a healthy daily routine, effective time management and the importance of following a well-planned timetable. Martis emphasised the need for self-discipline, resilience and adaptability in achieving both academic and personal success.

One of the highlights of the programme was the highly interactive nature of the session. Students actively participated in discussions, shared their experiences and sought guidance on managing academic pressures and setting realistic goals for the future.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome by Anish Rodrigues, the counsellor of the school, while principal Fr Dominic Sunil Lobo, academic coordinator Magdalina Lewis and the grade 10 teachers graced the occasion with their presence.

The session concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks proposed by Sunitha, expressing gratitude to the resource person for his valuable insights and encouragement.

The session proved to be enriching and motivating, equipping students with practical strategies to navigate their academic journey confidently while laying a strong foundation for an uncertain yet promising future.
