Daijiworld Media Network – New Delhi

New Delhi, Jun 24: Nothing's upcoming budget smartphone, the Nothing Phone 4b, has reportedly surfaced on the Geekbench benchmarking platform ahead of its expected launch next month, revealing key hardware specifications.

The smartphone, believed to carry the model number Nothing A009P, was listed on Geekbench with a single-core score of 1,088 and a multi-core score of 3,155.

According to the listing, the device is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, identified by the model number SM6650. The octa-core processor features a base clock speed of 1.80GHz and a prime core running at 2.30GHz.

The benchmark listing further suggests that the handset will come with 8GB RAM, an Adreno 810 GPU, and run on Android 16 out of the box.

The Nothing Phone 4b is expected to be positioned as a more affordable offering below the Nothing Phone 4a series, targeting budget-conscious buyers.

Industry reports suggest the device could be priced Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000 lower than the Nothing Phone 4a.

The upcoming smartphone is likely to retain Nothing's distinctive transparent design language, which has become a hallmark of the brand's devices.

Reports indicate the Phone 4b may feature a transparent rear panel with rounded corners and an LED lighting setup inspired by the company's signature Glyph interface. However, unlike higher-end models, the device is expected to sport a single rear camera.

Nothing is expected to officially unveil the Phone 4b on July 7, with sales set to take place through Flipkart in India.

While the company has yet to reveal complete specifications, the Geekbench appearance has fuelled anticipation that the Phone 4b will offer a balance of performance, design and affordability in the competitive mid-range smartphone segment.
