Mumbai, Sep 20: Former Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma has taken on a new role beyond the cricket field, making his television debut as the host of the family game show ‘Family Full House with Rohit Sharma’, which premiered on September 19.
The show brings together celebrity guests and their family members for a series of fun and interactive games aimed at celebrating togetherness and family bonding. The format also gives viewers a glimpse into the personal memories, camaraderie and banter shared by popular personalities.

The premiere episode featured cricketers and actors, including Shardul Thakur, Abhishek Nayar, Kunal Kemmu and Sparsh Shrivastava.
The upcoming episode will feature Sidharth Malhotra, Tamannaah Bhatia, choreographer Bosco Martis and others competing against each other.
During the episode, Malhotra gets nostalgic while naming his ‘Student of the Year’ co-stars Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt among his favourite co-stars. He recalled the hard work, nervousness, rehearsals and preparation the trio went through while making the 2012 film.
Malhotra also spoke about the bond he continues to share with Dhawan and Bhatt, recalling their early days in the film industry.
September 19 also marks the anniversary of Rohit Sharma’s T20 International debut for India in 2007.
Meanwhile, former India cricketer Virender Sehwag is also returning to the entertainment space, following his 2016 show ‘Viru Ke Funde’. Sehwag is set to host the second season of the OTT show ‘Rise and Fall’.
