Mangaluru, Oct 21: The Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism (IHMT), Srinivas University is set to organise HOG 35 – annual food festival, bringing together culinary creativity, global flavours, entertainment and music in a vibrant celebration of food and hospitality on October 24 at city campus Pandeshwar.

The festival will offer visitors an opportunity to explore a diverse range of culinary experiences, with food counters featuring international cuisines and authentic Indian delicacies. A live mocktail counter will add to the experience with exotic beverages, while freshly prepared pastries, desserts, breads and confectionery crafted by student chefs will showcase their baking and patisserie skills.

A major attraction of the festival will be the live fruit and vegetable carving display, highlighting the artistic and creative dimensions of culinary presentation. Live cooking demonstrations and food trails will further provide visitors with a glimpse into the techniques, innovation and professional skills involved in the hospitality industry.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, a high-energy flash mob and entertainment programmes will engage the audience, while a special live concert will bring music lovers together for an exciting evening.
