Mangalore, Apr 10: Beltangady and surrounding places received three cm of rainfall on Monday April 9. Temple towns Subrahmanya and Dharmasthala too registered about two cm each of rainfall.

Parts of Chikmagalur district like Balehonnur and N R Pura received good rain. Some parts of Shimoga and Kodagu districts too reported light rains. The rain has brought back smiles on the faces of agriculturists and coffee planters of Malnad region.
