Bangalore, Apr 11: Dr A V Prasanna, who served as Personal Secretary to former Higher Education Minister Dr V S Acharya, has been appointed as the Chief Minister’s Officer on Special Duty.
Dr Prasanna, a retired senior KAS officer, had served as the personal secretary to the late Higher Education Minister right from the beginning.
The appointment of Dr Prasanna on contract basis is co-terminous with the office of the Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda.
