Mangalore, Apr 16: Professor of Wuersburg University Germany Dr B A Vivek Rai released the collection of stories ‘Naanu Matthu Ganesha’ authored by Vasanth Kumar Perla at a programme held in Canara College Hall on Sunday April 15.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Rai said that one should start writing at an early age to be a successful writer. “Behind every writer, there will be intense reading and one should think of writing more and more and should not bother about publishing it. Those who have a background in literature will be able to solve the problems that pummel them in their life,” he said.
Author Vasanth Kumar Perla said that his second book has been released after a two-year gap. He said that many incidents have provided the base for this writing.
Critic Dr Sathyanarayana Mallipattana and N Ramanath were present on the occasion.
