Dubai, May 20 : KEL Event on ‘How to Manage Stress – Its impact on Family and Business’

In psychological terms stress is a condition that can be described as feeling of strain and pressure, feeling of anxiety and being overwhelmed, feeling of insecure, etc. All human beings in some point in time face stress whether it is in their work life or personal life.  Stress can have a positive impact, if handled properly as it can spur the individual or organizations to rise up to the occasion and bring about creative solutions to their problems.

However this seldom happens in real life situations.

Entrepreneurs may perhaps have more than their fair share of stress as they are expected to deliver under difficult conditions whether it is developing  business plans,  adjusting to new situations, handling  cash flow, collections, etc. Very often we hear people bolt the country rather than choosing to settle the matters never to return.
