As long as human-beings are there on this earth - no body avert tragedies - it's in the hands of God. He himself 'Sutradara' of all such acts.

May his soul rest in eternal peace and give comfort to the bereaved family. A young budding life lost. This rainy season is not the time for swimming and fishing. We do not know how long they must gone cycling and they must have just jumped into the water without taking some rest. This is young blood and they do not realize.
