Mangalore, Jul 10: A dental treatment camp was organized by A J Institute of Dental Sciences , at Kudmal Ranga Rao girls’ hostel , on July 8. The programme was inaugurated by professor Dr Sureshchandra, dean of dental college and Arun Furtado, district social welfare officer.
Dr Eby Aluckal , Dr Devika Shetty and Dr Sindhu Prasad participated in the camp along with a team of post- graduates and interns .
Oral health education was spoken about by Dr Pooja post- graduate in the department of public health dentistry. Treatment procedures were carried out for inmates of the hostel and referred to A J Institute of Dental Sciences, for further treatment.
