Udupi: MLA Raghupathi Bhat Receives Threat Call

Udupi, Sep 6: MLA Raghupathi Bhat has filed a complaint at the city police station, stating that he received a threat call while he was on his way back home near Ambagilu here on Wednesday September 5.

Bhat said that he received a call from an unidentified person with the number 9731951136 at around 4.54 pm. The caller threatened Bhat against his life and also demanded money.

A case has been registered by Bhat against the caller at around 8.45 pm on Wednesday at the city police station.

The FIR no is 319/12 and a case is registered under IPC Section 507.

    Raghupathi is making some scenes to get public sympathy. He is accused in Padmapriya case. With elections round the corner, Bhatta is out to fool people. Shame

    Please note clauses and Sections to compain in case similar threat. Also note the efficiency in recording FIR Will it be same for common man ?
