Annual General Meeting of Manasa Park, Pilikula Held

Mangalore, Sep 9: The 12th annual general meeting of M/s G.M. Amusement & Leisure Park Ltd, “Manasa Park”, Pilikula, Mangalore was held on Friday, September 7, 2012 at the registered office of the company.

The chairman and managing director Lency Pinto chaired the meeting. Director Rohinton Jal Irani, director Joseph Pinto and whole time working director Thomas Oswald Pinto were present at the meeting. Lency Pinto explained to the shareholders the achievements made by the company in the last financial year and briefed on the company’s future prospectus and plans.

All the eight resolutions of the A.G.M. were passed unanimously.
