Bhatkal: Unidentified Body Found at Huyilmadi Beach

Bhatkal, Sep 12: The dead body of a man aged about 30 to 35 years was found at Huyilmadi beach here on Tuesday September 11.

The deceased was found to be wearing a brown vest. He was about 5.5 feet tall.

Bhatkal CPI Shiv Prakash, rural Police Sub Inspector Naveen Jogi along with other police officials and Nisaar Ruknaddin (well-known social worker of Top emergency help association) immediately rushed to the spot.

The Top emergency help association handed over the corpse to the police at Bhatkal government hospital for post-mortem. The deceased was identified as a Muslim. After discussions with Majlis E Islah O Tanzeem, the body was taken to Masjid E Huda for final prayers and was later cremated at Nawayath Colony cemetry.
