    MKS, Udupi& Tom Cat,

Short circuit occurs in an electric circuit due to over
loading of the coductor( wiring),poor insulation of

wire(quality of wire),External Damage to the wiring

    ,Loose connection at joints,terminals,board.One cannot

find out such problems until fire starts. And small buildings cannot afford fire monitoring system. When this is the situation,We recommend Thermal mapping of the facility using Infrared thermal camera once in a month. If you spend small amount for this services we can prevent fire and loss of property & life.

Dont think Electricity dept will do this.

We offer such services. Contact for more information 9449968170

Well done fire fighting team, congrats as you have done wonderful job as no casualties reported. Its Alarm call for Mangalore municipality to step up with advanced fire fighting system for each and every building in city and to make sure that each bldg installed and maintained with proper fire preventive equipment/gadgets rather than believing in 2-3 buckets filled with sand as fire preventives.

Every building should be thoroughly checked by electricity department for quality wiring, including the generators and generator rooms that are provided for building. Electricity contractors provide poor quality wiring and pay bribes to pass the inspection.
