'Baadshah' will speak for itself: Producer

Chennai, Apr 5 (IANS): Producer Bandla Ganesh says he doesn't have to rave about his forthcoming Telugu action-drama "Baadshah" because the film will speak for itself when it hits theatres worldwide Friday.

Srinu Vaitla is known for blockbusters such as "Dubai Seenu", "King" and "Dookudu". His latest film "Baadshah" features Junior NTR, Kajal Agarwal, Navdeep, Prakash Raj, Ashish Vidyarthi, Mukesh Rushi, Nassar, Kelly Dorji, Brahmanandam and Chandra Mohan.

"We are confident of the output. It will definitely turn out to be one of the best films in Junior NTR's career. I have full faith in my director and I know for a fact that he wouldn't let me down. I don't have to say how good the film is because it will be proved upon release," Ganesh told IANS.

"NTR's character will be the biggest highlight of the film. And so will be the comedy sequences featuring a galaxy of comedians," he added.

With three back-to-back flops "Shakti", "Oosaravelli" and "Dammu", Junior NTR has pinned all hopes on the film.

Trade pundits feel that "Baadshah" has winner written all over it.

"We will know whether the film is good or bad only after watching it, but going by the track record of director Srinu Vaitla, who doesn't have a single flop in his career, it is unlikely for 'Baadshah' to not do well," said Trinath, trade analyst.

"Audiences come to a watch a Srinu Vaitla film for sheer entertainment. The film is set to have a gigantic opening in Andhra Pradesh. Some theatres are screening the first shows from 5.30 a.m. onwards," he added.
