One Direction members barred for no ID proof


Los Angeles, April 14 (IANS): Two members of boy band One Direction were barred from playing on slot machines at a motorway services recently.

Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson were barred for not having an identification proof indicating that they are over 18, reports thesun.co.uk.

A woman working as a security guard at WH Smith ousted the duo from the Welcome Break's "games zone", even as a passerby said: "Don't you know who they are?"

The embarassed guard, Ann Fuller, 29, confessed she didn't recognise them, and said:"I was just doing my job."
