Several drivers in India are habitual in overtaking without conforming the road ahead is clear! This is due to easy granting of driving licenses and police letting off the offenders without booking them! Disciplined driving will certainly reduce fatality! There is a dire need of healthy broad roads. Most present roads are inadequate for todays volume of vehicles on roads in India.

This was clearly an avoidable accident. Most of the accidents are a result of careless driving, over confidence and dis-respect to traffic rules.
