One must appreciate that he is law abiding Minister. Many elected officials from D.K. District with non-bailable warrant have not appeared before the court in the past.

Mr.Khadar's subsequent election with substantial lead should nullyfy the 2006 election code violation, if any.

Good to hear that he didnt involved in any DNOTIFYING cases. He just took a few number of his people to Banglore during the 2006 Byelection period. Actually it's not a big issue. If our Judiciary system is fast, then the case would have finished within a week or month. It was the game of JDS AND BJP.
Therefore, the case has to be finished as soon as possible since the people are so anxiety to watch the hearings of the honourable court.
Most of the people who are very interesting to argue about any possitive matters in the negative way and negative matters in the possitive way.
It seems that Mr. Khader has started his career as the minister with the possitive way and manner and will end also with the possitive manner.
Let's supoort UT, RAI, ABHAY and sorake to do their best to the welfare of the karavali and state as the whole

Courts may have lot of cases filed up!
But reforming Courts, either by increasing number of Courts or thoroughly computerizing to deliver quick justice is need of the day!

Delayed justice is as good as denied justice.

How funny it looks, case of 2006 is came up for hearing in 2013 after lapse of 7 years!
In between one more election is also over!
Even criminals are also brazen because, of delayed justice!
