Demi Lovato disgusted by lack of privacy

Los Angeles, Jul 13 (IANS): Singer Demi Lovato says she feels "disgusted" about the invasion of her privacy.

The frustrated singer took to microblogging site Twitter to share her feelings via a post.

The 20-year-old's tweets, which have now been deleted, read: "Completely and utterly disgusted at the absolute lack of any privacy or respect whatsoever in this world today. None. So disappointed.

"Artists don't owe anyone anything. We choose to be open and honest in our music with others...Yet this is how we are thanked? (sic)"

She also went on to share how she would be ready to give up all her fortune and success if it meant she could get her privacy back, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"The entitlement that society has today over the lives of artists today is absolutely pathetic. I don't do this for money. In fact, I'd give back all the money in the world I've ever made if I could buy my privacy back. (sic)," she added.
